I have a delay, and my package is in-transit.

Check your shipping address to ensure that it is not a P.O. Box, commercial location, and has no barriers for UPS' delivery services, such as a gated entry way.
Review your tracking number for any errors, such as an in-transit cancellation or unexpected delay.
