Please log into your account management tool and click on "Subscriptions", then click on "Manage Subscriptions", and click on "Skip Order".
If you are having issues, or have questions, please send an email to support@nicks.com with the subject line "Skip Upcoming Delivery". Please send it 24 hours prior to the ship date to ensure that it can be caught before it starts to process. If a subscription order has started to process, we are unable to cancel the order.
